Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Tonight's recipe:
Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Get two, thick center cut pork chops.  Wash them, dry them, then rub them with your favorite rub or just garlic salt.
Cut two red onion slices and place on chops.
Wrap the chops with uncooked bacon, stretching it a little. (Shown below)


Cook on your grill on indirect heat at 300 degrees, or until a meat thermometer shows 145-150 degrees.
Let rest at least 5 minutes.
